Obama's church in violation of federal law
The IRS has banned any political endorsements from taking place in 501(c)(3) organizations, including churches and charities. This is not new.
"The prohibition against political campaign activity has been in effect for more than half a century and bars certain tax-exempt organizations from engaging on behalf of or in opposition to political candidates. However, these organizations can engage in advocating for or against issues" see full article
However, the pastor of Barak Obama's church can be seen clearly violating this law.
According to Revenue Ruling 2007-41 (26 CFR 1.501(c)(3)-1):
Even if a statement does not expressly tell an audience to vote for or against a specific candidate, an organization delivering the statement is at risk of violating the political campaign intervention prohibition if there is any message favoring or opposing a candidate. View PDF File
The article goes on to clarify that stating the candidate's name is such a violation. So it is legal, of course, to teach and proclaim religious sentiments that are potentially antagonistic to particular candidates as long as it is a blanket statement about beliefs and values, but when said candidate's name is mentioned, it is a violation. Will the IRS remove the tax-exempt status of Obama's church? If they do, we'll be sure to hear about it in the news.

Unfortunately, this is nothing new. The laws are only there to control "white Anglo-Saxon protestant (men)."
If a white church or pastor gave a similar message, he/she would be sued, removed from the church, tax-status revoked, and the media would scream that his/her children pay the price for years to come.
Being White is what's considered racist and wrong.
If you are white, you are automatically racist and cannot mention any other culture without respect. If you are not white, you can insult, slander, and downright lie about any other culture or race and it's okay... you're probably just venting because you're being oppressed by the "Rich White Man."
And someone will call me racist for pointing this out - thus proving my point.
If you are liberal, refusing to hear or understand conservative ideas, you are open-minded and welcome to enjoy freedom of speech. If you are a conservative who is willing to discuss and understand liberal views - too bad: you are automatically close-minded and not allow to speak.
If you want equality, then live up to the same standards you expect of others.
But it's not about equality, it's about Political Power, control over the masses through fear and propaganda, and exacerbation of issues which increase the above.
It's obvious you're a racist that just wants to bring down brother Obama. I think Obama's pastor is right. Bush knew about 9-11, and the US government has infected black people with diseases. My pastor is the Presbyterian Church told me that too.
GO RAIDERS!
